      <dd><p class="para">inverse sine parameters corresponding to the reflection coefficients in input</p></dd></dt></dl></div>

   <p class="para">This function returns the inverse sine parameters corresponding to the input reflection coefficients K.
output array has isin(i) = 2/pi*asin(k(i))</p>
